Notice of Public Hearing-2020-2021 Re-Opener Sunshine Items for Contract Negotiations Between the BHUSD and The California School Employees Association Chapter 328 Unit

regarding the proposed 2020-2021 re-opener sunshine articles: Article l –
Recognition, Article lX – Employee Benefits, Article XI –Holidays, Article XlV – Hours and Overtime, Article XV-Salaries, Article XVll – Classification and Reclassification related to the 2020-2021 collective bargaining agreement between the Beverly Hills Unified School District and BHEA-Certificated Unit, exclusive representatives covering matters within the scope of representation. The hearing offers interested parties the ability to ask questions or make comments on this topic.
