NOTICE INVITING RESPONSES FOR
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSAL
FOR SECURITY CAMERA DESIGN SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the BEVERLY HILLS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District”, will receive prior to 2:00 PM on the 20th day of June, 2024 qualifications for the award to a pool of Consultant for the following:
RFQ/P No. FAC-2023-24-008 – Security Camera Design Services
Proposers are expected to be familiar and experienced in working with municipal government entities and/or public school districts and their security camera management systems.
It is the Proposer’s responsibility to check the District website for notification of addenda, clarification, and/or responses to questions. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed in writing, via email, to Joy Jacobs at [email protected], no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Responses to questions or clarifications will be posted on the above website by 2:00 PM on Friday, June 14, 2024.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.
