Success Story: El Rodeo Presidential Election '04
Students researched the issues and the candidates and participated in a mock debate in 8th grade. Students in Middle School registered to vote and those that were absent filled in their absentee ballot. Discussion on the current election was encouraged at home. Civic Responsibility to vote was encouraged. Students enjoyed the activities and were excited to see the Presidential results at our school site!
